2Address.eu’s Complaint Support System

By using 2Address.eu’s Complaint Support System, you understand that 2Address.eu may use your personal information for the purpose of resolving disputes with other members. You can use 2Address.eu’s Complaint Support System to come to a resolution with the vendor in the event of a non-delivery of a service if the service delivered was not as per the item listing. In order to submit a request as part of the Complaint Support System please email admin@2address.eu and provide all information relevant to your order.

Non-Delivery
A non-delivery occurs when a buyer places an order for a transport service that is not provided. The following are examples of non-delivery cases:
1.There is no proof that the service has been performed.

Not as Described
A route is not as described if the buyer can demonstrate that it is significantly different from the vendor’s listing description or photos. Here are a few examples of not as described cases:
1.The service is of a different type
2.The service is available at a different time, date or location
3.The vendor failed to disclose that a service type, route or location is no longer available
4.The pick-up and/ or the drop off is not of the type mentioned in the listing or from the location or dates described.
5.The condition of the service is misrepresented: e.g., the conditions of travel that are described are not reflected by the reality

Late deliveries
Not as described cases can also be filed for late delivery. In order to qualify as late delivery, the buyer must provide proof that all of these conditions have been met:
1.The services were ordered for a specific date, type of transport or for specific stops or locations
2.The services are rendered useless after that date.
3.The vendor did not provide the service as per the route description or as agreed via other platforms of Communication: The Activity-Forum or direct messages
If 2Address.eu determines that a service is not as described, the vendor will be required to refund the order, in full, in the currency of the initial payment.

Ineligible Transactions

Some disputes don’t qualify for 2Address.eu’s Complaint Support System. These include:
1.Orders for services that have not been placed utilising the portal, even if they are associated with vendors or services that are publicly listed on 2Address.eu
2.Transport services associated with items that are not prohibited from being transported in the European space
3.Transport of passenger that do not have the right to travel between the departure and arrival country.
4.Routes that are accurately described but don’t meet a buyer’s expectations.
5.Cost of delivery disputes.

Requesting a Cancellation
Only vendors may cancel transactions. Buyers may request that a vendor cancel an order via 2Address Activity – Forum or Direct messages to the vendor. Note that all cancellations must comply with our Anti-Discrimination Policy.
