2Address.eu vendors, users and members use the community spaces to share knowledge, discuss ideas, build relationships and engage in commercial collaboration.
The 2Address Community includes the vendors, the users, the members.
The Vendors and Vendor stuff are commercial representatives of the European Transport Companies that are acting with a business aim of listing, promoting and selling their services.
Users are people that are utilising the website to perform searches or look for additional information. Users are people that either do not have an account with the portal or are not long-in into their account.
Members are people that have an account created on the 2Address.eu platform and benefit of all the advantages that the transport portal is providing.
This policy is a part of our Terms of Use. By using any of 2Address.eu’s community spaces, you’re agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Use.
The 2Address.eu Activity area is a public feature where members can interact with one another. Members who use any of the Activity – Community spaces must be over 18 years old. To make sure that 2Address.eu continues to be a place that’s safe and respectful, you agree to comply with the following policies in all community spaces:
1. Respect other members’ privacy. Don’t share private or personally identifying information in public areas of the site.
2. Be honest and transparent about who you are. Don’t use a fake identity.
3. Be respectful towards other members. Don’t use community spaces to publicly disparage a specific member, shop, or item.
4. Don’t use community tools or spaces to interfere with another member’s business.
5. Don’t spam. This includes unsolicited or duplicate posts or links to your shop, fundraisers, surveys, social media or other promotional content.
6. Don’t use community spaces to discuss coordinating pricing with other sellers.
7. Don’t use community spaces to harass other members. Similarly, don’t post content in community spaces that may promote, support, or glorify hatred.
8. Don’t publish or post threats of violence against others or promote or encourage others to engage in violence or illegal activity.
9. Don’t engage in illegal activity or activity that infringes someone’s intellectual property, or encourage others to engage in that type of activity.
10. Don’t use community spaces to encourage others to violate 2Address.eu’s policies.
2Address.eu reserves the right to take action against any account or content that violates this policy. For example, we may remove your content, temporarily or permanently suspend your community posting privileges, or close your 2Address.eu account.

Activity area is a public space where you can gather with other sellers to discuss your 2Address.eu listings or services.
By using 2Address.eu’s Activity area, you acknowledge that:
1. Your posts will stay on topic. Off topic posts may be removed.
2. Your posts in the Activity area are permanent (unless they are removed by 2Address.eu for violation of our policies).
3. Your posts should be helpful, constructive, and encouraging when voicing dissent or criticism. Don’t harass, target, insult, troll, or call out other members.
4. Moderators may take certain actions to keep the Activity welcoming, organised, and helpful for everyone. Such actions are not up for public discussion.
5. 2Address.eu reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content in the Activity area at any time.
Members may send each other direct messages using The Community’s built-in messaging system. , The Contact-us, Send Private message of Vendor Contact From..
By using direct messages, you agree to all of the above policies. In addition, you may not send messages that are considered:
1. Abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise in violation of our Anti-Discrimination Policy.
2. Obscene or vulgar.
3. Unsolicited advertising or promotions.
You can connect with other 2Address members who share similar interests through Teams – Friends interface
By using 2Address’s Teams-Friends feature, you acknowledge that:
1. 2Address.eu is not responsible for or involved in a team’s membership policies, dues, finances or any other actions.
2. Teams that do not comply with 2Address.eu’s policies may be removed
3. 2Address.eu will not mediate disputes between teams-friends and outside parties, nor disputes between teams or team members.
4. 2Address.eu will not monitor third-party forums or other independent team sites.
5. A team-friend may not be used for the sole purpose of redirecting traffic to another web location. 2Address.eu reserves the right to remove links on any profile page or team page for any reason. Unsolicited promotion or advertisement from representatives or affiliates of outside services, websites or other products is not allowed.
